With over 30 years in the building industry, West Thorpe Joinery would like to share its diverse experience and offer something a little different! With today’s ever increasing technology turnover, together with its ever increasing price tags, we would like to introduce our ideas to you to bring a little taste of ‘self-sufficiency’ going back to nature with minimal effort whilst having some fun.
It is our experience of owning several chickens (we were complete novices at first!!) and having so much fun (and laughs) with these feathered friends that has inspired us to design a range of fun coops and duck houses under our brand ‘Rock-a-doodle-do!’. Owning chickens is a fun way to have fresh free range eggs every day – and you can’t get much fresher than collecting your own!! It’s quite surprising how much the eggs grow in size as the chickens grow! Your children will be delighted.
We would like to offer a unique design service to inspire not only you but your children to take them back to nature, to get them outdoors and give them a taste of looking after a feathered pet! With our experience, children can have a lot of fun and gain a sense of responsibility looking after their pet. With this in mind, we offer a range of fun coops that the children can have designed, named, and have painted to a colour of their choice!
Chicken Coops (we can offer advice on chicken suppliers and caring for your feathered friends), Duck houses, Dog kennels, Rabbit/Guinea pig/tortoise hutches, Bird houses, Children’s playhouses
and so much more.
